Timor Catholics demand removal of Muslim PM

The insistence of Catholic Church authorities in East Timor on the immediate removal of Muslim Prime Minister Mari Alkatiri, could trigger a new civil war in this former Portuguese colony, warn analysts in Portugal.

After nine days of clergy-led protests in Dili, the capital of East Timor, the Church refuses to back down from its demand, while Alkatiri said there is no possibility that he will step down.

The most populace Muslim nation, Indonesia was ruled by a Christian Prime Minister/President recently for a couple of years, so what’s the problem with the East Timories choosing a Muslim Prime Minister?

Shia Sunni thingie is pumped by others... for once theAmericans want to turn the Sunni Pakistan against the Shia Iran so as to make the eventual attack on Muslim Iran not such a bad thing after all to the Sunni Pakistanis.

And oh, the Hindus have been ruled by the Muslims for over a 1,000 years. You know why? It's because their subjects were and still are pathetic.

(p.s. nobody elected Mr. Kalam Sahib except for a handful of twisted Hindus who like to show the world that Hindustan is actually a multi-cultural nation and everyone should overlook the killings of minorities going on on daily basis all over Hindustan).

Manmohan Singh comes from a minority community as well. And he is elected by the Loksabha.. and my dear.. who told u that Dr. Kalam was elected by BJP. BJP had hardly got the numbers to elect him. It was proposed by TDP. His name was proposed by an allay of BJP. It was seconded by the whole of Countries political parties..I doubt wheather Shiv Sena endorsed it.. but it doesnt matter. And he is elected by the elected representative from the state legislatures and the parliament. If u knew this already then ignore it.
