Timing your bowel movements

To AFTER WORK.

I’ve been having BM’s every day at work - have to excuse myself - thank God I live walking distance, but soon I’m not gonna be living walking distance and will have to use the work bathrooms (yuck) if I need to relieve myself.

I don’t know how to get my BM’s back to night time.

:frowning:

I waste like half an hour in just dealing with this business. Takes away from my lunch time.

Re: Timing your bowel movements

if you can’t control your bowel movements, how are you going to control your man? :nono1:

even kids learn to do it first thing in the morning in a matter of mere minutes. what is wrong with you?

Re: Timing your bowel movements

^ are you equating her man with her crap? I thought only PCG is allowed to do that, no one else.

Re: Timing your bowel movements

LOL

Re: Timing your bowel movements

Re: Timing your bowel movements

I think this thread should be moved to Parenting :hmmm:

Re: Timing your bowel movements

PCG...I dont think there is a way to adjust your biological clock. :(

With kids I usually put them into potty every morning about the same time and now they are used to it.So probably PCG you can go into restroom in night and wait until you are done, take some books with you if it takes longer. After a week or 2 you will be done at the same time.

Re: Timing your bowel movements

either eat a lot more during the evening or fast in the daytime..

Re: Timing your bowel movements

^ yes. if eating habit is changed, then bilogical clock can be changed.

Just fast for several hours one day (and keep yourself hydrated) can do that. Or take a mild laxative at night which works over 8-10 hours. This can be a very simple method.

There is a phenomenon of 'irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)' where stress can make bowel move at work. In that case short term prescription medicine for stress can work.

these have to be the funniest posts i’ve read in a while. :omg:
