Are you kidding me ? The only thing the people saw was a bunch of hooligans looting stores and damaging property. And even this was forgotten in a couple of days by everyone except CNN.
Maybe you didnt read my earlier posts. Times POY is not based on what one has done. Modi has influenced more people (positively or negatively) than any other person on the list.
