as for economic benefit in gujarat, if you look at it closely, moodi je hasnt really done much except be at the right place at the right time to reap the spillover from mumbai and the gujarati business community. the guy is illiterate. he picks saffron clad saadhus and saadhvis - fellow illiterates who havent seen the doorstep of a classroom - as his ministers to manage affairs of a billion plus people. this guy is just an appeaser of hindutva right wingers. and if he keeps this going with no progress on corruption or economy, he’ll meet the same fate as the congress.

Guys please, the only reason Mr Modi is Time’s person of the year, is because the voting method. Facebook was one of the ways to cast vote. Leading nation on Facebook is USA with 152 million users (out of which, 25% must be Indians). Second leading is India with 109 million users. That means about 147 million potential voters for modi. Surprisingly, Modi got about 800,000 votes which is not even 1% of that Facebook vote bank.
Time’s person of the year is really not an achievement contest, but a popularity contest. 0.8 million Indians decided to vote for him because at least he was an Indian, and a known one. That was his key qualification.

no one ever disputed that he got a lot of votes. does he deserve to be person of the year? no. even you agree modi has nothing to show besides negative things so far after taking charge. kkf and similar dreamers will stay detached from reality until the next modi minions’ riot hits their hometown.

remember there was a disturbance of communal nature recently in Delhi…it did NOT last even an hour…you wanna know why? because, the government had determination to stop it and they DID!
