Normal routine mai bhi insan present aur future dono mai hota hai.
Worry in any form is living in the future. Aap future cheezon k worry krte hain…chahay few hrs baad ho ya few days /months/yrs. Worry is always related to a future event. No ?

Because solution of a current prob should start now not waiting for a future you to start it. There may never be a future you. All you really have is the current you.

I also don’t like meat other than chicken and fish… We stock lot of vegs on this Eid as I don’t like qurbani ka gosht on menu continuosuly

we have meat quite often…chicken v v rare (more than half are allergic) and fish kabhi kum kabhi zyadah…

Sheep, goat , camel , cow sub milte hain yahan.
Pakistani bakrey bhi milte hain.
For arab dishes, sheep is usually better…for desi dishes goat…for stuff like paye…cow…camel meat is better than sheep, goat & cow for heart patients.
