Hamare haan to her hafte hi bunti hai. Its not difficult, even I've cooked for few times using Shaan / National Masala.

When I used to cook tub zyadah banti thee....ab mai pakane se jaan churaatee hoon....ammi cant stand for long isiliye doesnt make biryani n all zyadah.
