My colleague said at the beginning that they use to ask same question from all candidates. I said, no they co-ordinate withe each other. she said I have asked peons not to allow anybody stay after they given interview. but I felt that last guy had a clue about what is going to be asked. khair I already had list of around 40 questions on a paper

I asked few qs…related to the their educational/professional background , the reason they chose this field , how they think they can benefit the organisation and 2-4 scenarios..k aisa hoga so wht will you do and how kinda stuff…

no maximum 10 question from 4-5 technical subjects and remaining were general questions regarding teamwork, leadership, planing, meeting deadlines and commitment. priority and chosing from personal and professional responsibilities.

that was HR side, I was on technical side

The one scenario that we discussed: if your boss asks you to complete an assignment and you find that it will be completed by say 3 am and you have to work late in night. Then you got phone from your father that its your mother’s birthday and all the relatives are gathered for party and asked you to be home by 8 pm. How will you tackle the situation?
