ji kal bachon se mulaqat hui, but there was some planing issue on management side. I may not continue from next week

They didn’t do planing how many mentors they need for a particular school considering the number of students. They didn’t know no of students, before conducting first session last week such an irresponsible attitude of burgers

no the project will continue, but they dropped out the mentors informing them that we don’t need so many mentors. We changed our planing, gave times for 2-3 weeks and and at the end there was no proper communication of whats going on.
On Wednesday, I got call from co-coordinator that ‘do you want to continue?’. ‘I said, yes. Is there any issue?’. She said ’ actually, no of students in this session are less, so if we change your school. I said let me inform.’ I didn’t get any update and when I reached the spot early in saturday morning and I was told by the co-ordinator that we have dropped many mentors and didn’t you get any call from the main organisers. I said no. I was expecting a call from you. When we reached school she told me that you are not in team, but just to have an idea, you can join any team. I was so embarrassed, but continue with one of the team half heatedly.
At the end of yesterday’s session, co-ordinator said she will talk to me over phone. Let her call me, now I will tell her importance of planing and disturbing ones schedule

That's really sad and yes was embarrassing too. Tell them how exactly you felt and that their project is going nowhere. I don't think so the project will continue, it will end in a matter of time, they aren't showing any interest are they? ye meri prediction hy they don't care about the kids but their advertisement.

the project will continue with the selected mentors, but when you want to make a change in someones life, you should atleast do planing. You conducted sessions for awareness, have meeting with interested candidates in their offices to know whats their preferred location, you took them to school, briefed them about community and children and then all of sudden you know that we have this number of students so we don't need more mentors. When you don't care for someones time and commitment they developed by going through all this process, then the purpose of carrying sch projects die. If next time, they approaches us (our office), I'll tell my colleagues of there ill-planing and lack of courtesy.

yes, many of us are so much busy with our office work that we can't get another chance to participate in next projects. kahir, doesn't matter, if one want to help anyone, he/she doesn't need such projects.
