Yes the partition played its role, but even before partition religion had impact on language that influenced the language after partition more rapidly. Instead of all this, Sindhi taught in our schools and part of text books contain majority of Sanskrit words. We, therefore, can easily understand Hindi compared to others in Pakistan.
