I love sattu… but it has been yonks since I had it… please share the recipe… the sattu thing used to come from our gaooN. I dunno where to find it from…

Fara, i guess you can buy sattoo powder from any store and just mix it in cold water

I dont think Thaa’dal has any similarity with sat’too…

similarity in the process. You grind few ingredients, mix them and add cold water.

So should I just go in and ask about Sattoo powder, coz I go to a Pakistani store and I have never seen it there. btw am gonna go today, dont care if its -10… i have to satisfy my craving for sattoo with gur… yummy

Basic sattoo is nothing but bhunay hu’ai chanay and sugar ka powder.
