I read only page one. And replied to one post in page 1. And read couple posts just following my reply. My read from page 1 is a bit different from yours. I detected sarcasm from the get go. What typically happens is such posts elicit response. Which lead to more sarcasm. Leads to runaway.

I have wondered why some folks go after OP. But somehow miss posts that are far more offensive. Such as posts that are consistently homophobic. This kind of feeding frenzy would be more warranted (IMO) if directed towards such posts.

But some of the enthusiastic knight detractors are strangely missing when it comes to homophobic posts.

So now you judge the intentions of a poster depending upon whether or not they have responded to a homophobic poster or not?
