My mom always cooks early in the morning , like she will start at 8:00 and get done by 10..
On the other hand, I can never cook in the mornings … The only time I can do it with enthusiasm is at 3:00 in the afternoon 
… I cant start before thn .. and when i do , I just mess it up 
One of my friends said , she too has a stiff cooking routine , she always starts at noon … not before not an hour later !!!

usually it would depend on my schedule but these days since I'm home, I always start cooking at 5 PM or so. Its only if I'm gonna be out for the day I'll cook in the morning (that is, if theres no leftovers)

I cook earlier so I can vent the house properly for the rest of the day. Usually, I'll get started around breakfast. Sometimes, I will wait until evening but thats only if Im being SUPER lazy.

I,on the other hand...am lazy...:(
No matter whatever I am doing or not doing,I am mostly cooking after noon time...

a friend of mine who lives in the same city as me told me she cooks early in teh day because the cooking gas becomes more expensive later on through the day? Anybody know if theres any truth to this?

Whenever I am cooking, I get it done before noon. Then the rest of the day is mine and there is no constant worry over, aaj mein kya pakaon.

i think women who arent mothers yet have the luxury to dilly dally and do as they please
but when ure a mother with ure crotch tightly in the grasp of ure lil one, u do things whenever and as soon as u get teh chance to
so i get up at 9 am with my son.. feed both of us and then im a bazooka.. cook clean and am done with everything before his first nap at 12 pm
why do i do this? cuz i wanna nap whilst he naps. or better yet.. surf gs :D
i used to cook during his first nap and then clean during his 2nd.. but i was getting burned out by the time it was dinner time .. man o man was i irritated
so now i have a better routine and midget is more tolerable as is his dad .. for me :D
dont know.. finising ure chores earlier in teh day just makes me relax better knowing i havent anything else to do the whole day
my mom is the same.. everything is done before noon... rest of teh day is dedicated to chef zakir and allah allah :D

I start cooking just an hour before my husband is supposed to get back from work...my mom always complained about me being lazy..I guess she was right! :S..

Sometimes I cook early morning and it is such a relief for the rest of the day.. but mostly I end up cooking an hour or so before hubby's arrival times, the only good thing about this is that I don't have to re-heat food.

I usually try to have it all finished by like 3pm. I dont like leaving it for later because I dont like being busy in the kitchen when my husband comes home, also I wear special cooking clothes, so I need to be done early so I can change etc. And also to give time for the house to air out

i start it around 12:30 or 1 pm...so that im done by 3 before my hubby cumz :)

As I work, when I cook in the evenings I do it as soon as I come. I put my bag down, get changed and head to the kitchen about 7.30. I'm usually done by 8.30 which is when we sit down to eat. On weekends I cook as early in the day as possible, so that it's out of they way and its also usually when hubby is cleaning so it means we're done at the same time. Unless it's a roast, in which case I do it in time for dinner.

whenever I am at home I start cooking at 10.00 a.m. for lunch and dinner both.
