If you are going to Karachi, don't forget to check out "The Designers" at the Millennium Mall (Karachi Stadium area). They have unique kaam, all you shall have to do it get it stiched. I would advise you to buy the unstitched kaam clothes first and give it to the talior first. Tell them its urgent. They should be able to give at leat some on time. PLK in tariq Road did give my wedding dress on time, so if I do suggest that you go there too.
