hey guys !!!
im going to pakistan for 3 weeks for all of my jahez things and my sisters clothes is tht enough time? will all my clothes be made and will i be able to get everything done in time.
i havent gone to pakistan in lyk 4 years and have no idea how much it might have changed.

That's simply not enough time to get much made from scratch. However, if you're planning to buy ready-made clothes, you'll be fine. Reasons? Peak wedding season starts very soon, tailors have an average time frame of returning clothes in 20/25 days or more, the power is out hours at a time in a single day and people have given clothes to tailors/craftsmen/etc way ahead of time so they can get them back in time.
Are you getting your bridal gown from there too? If you are hoping to get a gown in 3 weeks, you can't be serious!!
Just map out everything you need to get done and if you buy things off the rack, you just might pull it off. Pardon my skepticism, but that's just how things work in Pakistan during peak wedding seasons.
I do hope you have tons of help. Cousins - sisters - friends? You're going to need all of it..!

3 weeks are reallllllly short.....if u want too buy ready made its ok...but if u will give ur dresses to a tailor ....they will never give too u in 3 weeks....they will say ya its ok but belive be ( dont trust theeeeemm)......btw when will u go ( which month)

if you get them done from scratch, you'll have to leave them with the tailors and have family forward them on to you when they're ready.

If you are going to Karachi, don't forget to check out "The Designers" at the Millennium Mall (Karachi Stadium area). They have unique kaam, all you shall have to do it get it stiched. I would advise you to buy the unstitched kaam clothes first and give it to the talior first. Tell them its urgent. They should be able to give at leat some on time. PLK in tariq Road did give my wedding dress on time, so if I do suggest that you go there too.

i already ordered the wedding and valima dress just have to go do the fitting and stuff to see if it fits nicely.
im going in dec. during bakra eid. and i can only go for 3 weeks because i have classes and cant miss so much school.
thanks for all ur help! DO u guys kno some tailors who are fast and good? i already spoke to three tailors and im deciding to give each tailor clothes so tht way i have more ppl doing the work wht do u think?
