Who here has been to a time shares presentation, or maybe even own a timeshare?? Do you think they are a waste of money…or would you actually use them??
Does your city offer timeshares to tourists??
Re: Time Shares
what is time share ![]()
Re: Time Shares
it's basically like owning a property, but there typically in a resort condominium. And there are multiple ppl that can own a right to use that property...and each sharer has a certain time allocated to them, as to when they can come and use that property.
When we went to Florida the resort ppl asked us if we wanted to go to a timeshare presentation and even if we said no they would give us complimenatry theme park tickets! so that is how they market them to poor unsuspecting tourists :P
Re: Time Shares
Malika12 is right. Usually, time shares are offered for anything exclusive or expensive. The term is mostly used for Private Jets. Suppose if a business jet costs 10 million, 20 people would pay 500,000 each to own it.

Re: Time Shares
Thats interesting . . .I dont think such kind of a services provided in Pakistan . . .
Re: Time Shares
Time sharing is successful only in countries where legal system is strong, quick, people are mature and corruption is minimum. You can't move from contract signed or otherwise go into foreclosure.
In Pakistan, litigation takes too long. Anyone influential can do whatever he likes. No law prevails.
