The article mentions Youtube, blogs, and wikipedia. Most of the content there is user generated. People writing articles, doing review on political and social issues on the blogs, and being creative with the videos on youtube. Yoou wont find much "porn" on these places.

TIME editors were also discussing selecting "Bush, Cheney and Rumsfelf" as Persons of the year, with the caption on front page "axis of incompetancy" or "axis of arrogance".

Either way, I think it was a ridiculous choice. Fact and opinions will always have gray area in them. Do not assume this revolution will make any difference in opioins of people. There is an increase in opinion, just like your cable news networks. In the end, they are very much the same.
