Nahi my khalo was a chain smoker,he passed away last month.Both his sons aged 24 and 19 are unfortunately chain smokers
Only last month they figured out they have a family history of dying young i.e 50 or below so what’s the point to quit smoking.

wo khud to chain smoking karte the. lekin mujhe bachpan main ik dafa school ke copy ka ik page jala kar smoking ki acting karte dekha tha. uss per wo zannate dar thappaR mara tha ke aaj tak himmat nahin hui. Most of my cousins smoke, but not me.

Age to unn ki young hai. jo bhi sunta hai yehi kehta hai. Hospital jata hoon to unn se buzrig logon ko chalta phirta dekh kar ik hasrat si hoti hai. sehat boht baRi naimat hai. jinn ke paas hai unhe khuda ka shukr guza hona chahiye aur apni sehat ka her waqt khayal rakhna chaiya. log jawani k waqt ye samjhte hain.. kuch nahin hota ik adh dibya cigreete peene se, lekin jab tabiyat kharab hoti hai to na sirf khud ko bhughtana paRta hai balke saara khandan pareshan ho jata hai

passive smoking is injurious as active smoking. having family histiry, doesn’t mean that you take your life for granted

recently, my Dada refused to have meals and asked chotay chacha till he quit smoking, he won't have meals. aqal thinkane aa gai mosuf ki.. ik mah hi gaya, he quit smoking. ask khala to try

Sorry to hear that your khaaloo passed away. I am sure he was probably also helpless in stopping your cousins from smoking.
He should have done what Paapa MQ did to him.

What is amazing is that 2 of you folks have close relatives who are/were chain smokers.
Baaher kay mulkon nay apnaay haan to smoking kay khilaaf mohim taiz kar di hai aur ab unhi ki companies 3rd world main aggressive marketing kay zariyay smoking ki tarveej kar rahi hain.

Yaa phir Paakistaan main hamaisha say he smoking bohut common thi ?

He used to say how can he stop them when he himself smokes.In that way yes he was helpless too.We all went to same school and I have seen the eldest one smoking with his friends after school time.He probably started at the age of 14-15 and now he is 24 calculate kar lain.
Youngest one has agreed to quit lets see
