Time of Suhur

@lethal_kamikaze

Peace @kchughtai, I read earlier this hadith which I would like to share here. In Book ‘Fasting’ of Sahih Bukhari, Hadith No. 144: Narrated Anas: Zaid bin Thabit said, “We took the Suhur with the Prophet . Then he stood for the prayer.” I asked, “What was the interval between the Suhur and the Adhan?” He replied, “The interval was sufficient to recite fifty verses of the Quran.” And I remember when I was in Pakistan, our Imam Masjid use to announce long before Adhan that “Hazraat Sehri ka waqt khatam hogiya hy”. I think we should not continue eating during Adhaan.

I will try to find the source and let you know.
