Lemme put it in clearer words. This is a privately run network ie its run and managed by people who spend their time and money to keep it up. If they consider anything or anyone detrimental to the image they want to push… they reserve the right to any action that may be required. The reasoning behind any action can be objective OR subjective. Online portals aren’t an exact science yet and there are no tried and tested indicators available to create an absolutely objective rule set. What you consider OK might be totally inappropriate for another person. The administration team consists of humans (mostly) who have their own preferences/biases, which create the image they want to portray; you just gotta live with it. So.. no...you are not going to get any pather-main-lakeer answers that might change the status of a user (who might be in the cooler right now).
In much simpler words.... Stop asking useless questions (that is to all the few people who have been asking such theoretical stuff).

Just think of it this way. Have you ever thought of (or know someone who has) banning someone from GS. Maybe someone from the general lot etc etc. Search feedback and see people advocating bans to many ppl. The administrative team is quite the same....only diff is..it has the power to ban ppl. If you or a banned person has NEVER thought of banning anyone (tell me that and ill call you a liar :p )...you might have an argument against a ban. If you can wish a ban on someone....we can too :-). Simple logic no?
