Hey guys…just wondering what type of tikkas are in right now. I really liked the ones on the Right Here Right Now vid…and i was hoping they are more than just artsy pieces, and are wearable. Not bridal stuff…more like participant, guest stuff.

There is more stuff here…but seeing as they are on brides…are they wearable for non-brides? Maybe tone them down by taking off a couple of moti and nags?

They have smaller tikkas that are usually worn by guests/relatives of the couuple..lemme go find pix

The girls in teh background, I think their tikkas are light, not too heavy or bridal. The rest too, are kinda simple IMO :blush: Also, if u find the tikkas are “too” bridal, you can just wear hte earrings and tikka, and leave your neck bare :slight_smile:

Sara: thanks for the ideas. i really liked the blue and the red ones. and the pink. i think that’s along the lines of what i was thinking.

but as for the big round thingy…wouldn’t it look ok with big foreheads? the idea of the necklace-less thing is kinda good too :hmmm:

Narial, give it up already. And actually, if a person sticks to just the chicken, their diet doesn't get harmed at all.

I think the tikka on her is a bit big, but the design lovely. A slightly smaller version with a nice gold chain instead of the red string would be perfect i think.

^^ yea…that’s a nice one too. maybe take out teh bottom jhalar thingy, or make the other one like 1/3 the size.

it’s just that i don’t want the kiddy tikkas…the tiny dot of jewellery that flies everywhere. i want something that can be seen. know what i mean? :confused:
