I have a simple one :

chop an onion and give it a single run in the blender , add 4-5 green chillies and half cup fresh corriander and give the blender a run again ... add two cups minced meat .. half an egg, one tsp ginger paste, salt , red pepper, dhaniya powder and zeera ...

Give it a run ... take out , make kababs and grill ..

I marinate it overnight

1 cup yoghurt
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
salt
red chilli powder
dhania powder
zeera powder
3 tablespoons of oil.
