or black tights, what do you think?

If the dress is more simple, I think black patterned textured/patterned tights add an interesting touch. If it has a bit more detail, opaque black tights would look nice.

^No, not quite. Tights are more like leggings which also cover the feet. Yoga pants come in a variety of styles ranging from fitted to quite loose and are usually looser and thicker than tights.

In Pakistan, tights is used as a synonym for yoga pants (mostly).
