I've gotta be honest here: I'm not entirely clear on the terminology but whichever one better accentuates my beefy man-thighs is the one I'm partial to.
Tights or how about stockings? Even better they are sheer.

I dunno...may be stick thin girls can get away with wearing whatever...even with sheer tights/leggings. We curvy women surely cannot.

One cannot defy gravity. With age, birth of children, and time butts explode, sag, flatten....but the world does not need to know. So. Long shirt is a females best friend .

QUESTION!!!!!!v(sorry wanted people to see my post! :P ) i wanted to ask you girls, if you ever tried 'Jeggings'? They aren't see through.. (right?). I am going to pakistan like VERY soon and i was thinking I can buy few different cplours and wear them with a kameez/long tunic and they will keep me warm. I will be spending december and january ? Any suggestionssss? :D

Underneath your shalwar or in place of em?
Jeggings only come in denim colors (like black, blue, etc).....I just think it will look extremely weird/ugly with shalwar kameez.

Yea agree with Sara - jeggings look like jeans made of legging material and not denim. Leggings would be the better option.

LOL not underneath on its ownn ! But the pic you posted I didn’t mean that type, i do agree that would look bad!!! And nope they don’t only come in the jeans colour, even though tahts what the name suggests..

I thought those were referred to as skinny trousers/jeans. Do they come in legging material?

Depends on the kameez then, if it's a traditional shalwar-kameez, like medium length with a chaak, then it would look ugly.
If it's one of those long flowing kurtas, then I can see it looking nice.

You'll be replacing these with the tights girls these days are wearing with their kurtas in Pakistan, I think they'll look fine.

I wore these all the times when I was a bigger size (now I can fit into skinny jeans easily)…with a longer top of course. They’re flexible like tights/leggings and better than tights at hiding butts IMHO.

I dont see the difference in materials if your talking about keeping warm. Under neath the kurta I feel like it might look a little bulkier than normal because jeggings are made to look like skinny pants but much tighter and comfier than normal skinny pants so I don't see the difference between jeggings and skinny pants for your use. But if your asking for aesthetics , in that case I think tights in different colours will look better, plus it's fall rightnow so you'll find a lot of warm leggings out in a variety of thicker materials. Try target or Walmart for starters if your in the US.
