Tie Match ??? Ireland and Zimbabwe

How can the match be tied if

Ireland is 221/9 and
Zimbabwe is 221/10

Does anyone know of the tie rule?
I thought that if the score is equal then the number of wickets fallen counts next.

That rule is not there anymore.

by the way, last batsman was not stumped... Zimbabwe also had 9 down.

Ireland and Zimbabwe will not be push overs for Pakistan.

If Pakistan does not play at their 100% against these teams, they will be out of this world cup.
