Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

Hi,

For all of those that will be travelling from UK to Pakistan for your wedding…have you booked your tickets? if so, how much are they costing you? I would like to know the best price - i will be going in sept 08 inshallah.

Thanks in advance

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

We are not going to a wedding but i know my parents got a ticket a ticket £450 throught Emirates but thats travelling next month...Sept i am not sure...

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

^ from which airport are they departing from and to which destination?? I am assuming they booked well in advance to get it for that rate ?

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

Oh God no - they booked it last week and leaving from Heathrow! Good huh?

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

thats excellent!

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

thats a great deal.. you can try ettihad also. but whatever you do, please do not fly PIA (perhaps it arrives) ever.. macchars, no AC, bad food, etc etc- you will see it all.

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

i know groovy - man if i could go - i would have gone with all the pics of lovely clothes and got them made but i cant...DOH! He basically said "come 2moro to get the tickets otherwise they will go up!" so parents grabbed while they could.

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

dude, i would have gone too at that price! just give your mum all the print-outs :D

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

macchar's?? seriously? lol!

i've heard etihad isn't that great either though... my aunt took the flight from toronto to abu dhabi and had a miserable time. in the end, i dont think anyone can beat emirates.

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

Oh yeah!! And virgin oooh and qatar are the best! :dhimpak: Im thinking about the designs but cant find any good ones!

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

yeah i just recently flew from emirates, definitely the best. or you could do qatar, i've heard its pretty good.

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

Yeah...I've heard the same.

My dad had to make an emergency trip to India, since he was buying his ticket at the last minute, he had to take Etihad from JFK-Delhi. He had a terrible time too...his flights were all late, and the service was awful apparently...

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

Well m8 to give u a best price i would need the exact dates. I'm going in the summer and I searched high and low for a cheap ticket (mine cost £570) but it was hard to get one as a lot of pakiz will b off to Pakistan. + generally in the peak period its difficult to get a cheap ticket however u should be able to get a cheap ticket as u r going at a quieter time.

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

Hi Guys;

i wanna travel from 9th July-30th July; Heathrow-Islamabad;

any ideas for cheap tickets?

that £450 for emirates sounds too good to be true lol

Re: Tickets to Pakistan for wedding

Try Qatar Airways or Gulf Air.
