it’s funny how we know that we all know our own selves (eg. what we want, why we’re happy with ourselves,etc). Yet, one usually does things for someone else (eg. parents/spouse) rather than one self.
so do we really love thyself??

ofcourse u love urself kohal…making them happy would give u a sense of completion, and eventually make u happy
I think it's true.
We love ourselves. If we love ourselves, then we will feel good about ourselves and will take good care of everything and everyone associated with us. (Includes parents, siblings, relatives, friends, etc.)
And those of us who love ourselves, value life and look at it with a certain positivity. If one feels good about themselves, then they will respect others and will come to know that everyone in this world is unique in his/her own way. If there is goodness within ourselves, then we will find it in everyone we come across in our lifetime.

Yeah Nova love does start with oneself, but as we grow we share that love with everyone around us, and start to love them more than we love ourselves, we make sacrifices for them just to keep them happy (in some cases), it does not matter if we are not happy (sometimes).
