i hv a question dat i will ask my doc but if u guys hv any knowledge then plzz share wid me..i tttake 75 mg thyroxine daily as i hv underactive thyroid glands…n i want to take some multivitamin tablets n i hv noticed dat these tablets hv also iodine wid other vitamins ect so my question is dat wen i’m taking my thyroxine n wen i ll take iodine in multivitamin tablet would nt b it double or increased ?n it would effect my balanced thyroxine level?or should i take vitamin tablets widout iodine??(not easy to find though)

I take thyroxin 50mg, my Endrocologist asked me to take Centrum which is a multivitamin. but he has always emphasised that i take my thyroxin first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and then not to consume anything for at least an hour after that.
So to answer your question, no i dont think it will effect your levels. Just dont take them together
