I think the article sheds light itself. They are criticizing her for her book written by Christina lamb and suspecting her connections with Salman Rushdie and Tasleema Nasreen who have mentioned derogatory remarks against Prophet mohammad (PBUH) in their books.
But one think they didnt mention in their press conferences is the conspiracy theory that malala is western agent and all that bullet wound etc etc was drama. If you take a survey in diversified Pakistanis, you’ll notice its a very popular thought.
