Who cares what the "pakistani way" is. The sale of labor should not be prohibited because some segments of a society is scared of sex.
i agree its Sad and disgusting, how these women were treated.
I dont know if they were immoral, only God can Judge, but all i can say is that PAKISTAN needs to sort its LAWS out. If were a muslim country, then u have to do the best to stop crap like this from happening.
The government should be strong enough to implement ways of stopping immorality and helping them find ways of never ending up in such situations in the first place.
Equally i dont agree with angry people treating women like that. I understand its wrong but they aint better by torturing and unveiling these women...
I know im going off the point, but what i knows me abt our pakistani culture, is the whole Mujra rubbish, what the hell. The movies are dirty and women are treated as objects ... what the heck... sort urselves out.
Allah SWT protect us women from this dunya, and the evils of this world.Ameen

Yeah they should. The government doesn't own anybody. I should be able to have sex with whoever the hell I want. Who the hell is some bureaucrat to tell us what we can and cannot do?
Re: Three women tortured, forced to walk naked in public
Nothing about what I'm hearing coming out Pakistan surprises me anymore. A country that has so much potential ... well, let's just say it's a sad, sad situation.
Reality is that mob mentality is encouraged and glorified by a lot of the media and supported by a lot of people. I'm not talking about this incident alone, but most of the incidents where people go buck wild on the streets, start burning buildings, torching cars, etc. There is always some sort of justification for this kind of jungli behaviour. There are ALWAYS supporters. Stop making excuses for bad behaviour, stop encouraging these people and stop allowing them to get away with these kinds of actions.
Pakistanis in Pakistan have lost their morality and conscience.
** Pakistanis in Pakistan have lost their morality and conscience**.
Pakistan is an Islamic nation, how could you say that.
Re: Three women tortured, forced to walk naked in public
^ If they were actually following Islam, then this would never have happened in the first place. Islam is a peaceful religion and doesn't advocate this kind of abuse. Surely you know that.

probably u r from utopia ...............
bibi we are not fiji or some other tiny country we have population around 180 millions so u cant develop ur inference on the basis of few incidents for the whole nation.
2ndly tell me which country has the ideal morality standards ...... i think u havent heard of strip club all across europe. or recently held glamour girl parade in UK
3rdly ppl have denied that such kind of event happened as the affectees are alleged to be prositutes. matter is under investigation so avoid such kind of ignonomious labelling to the whole nation.
Re: Three women tortured, forced to walk naked in public
I have higher expectations from Pakistan because it is considered to be a "Muslim" country. It's a sad, sad day when something like this happens. I don't care if they were prostitutes. What's wrong is wrong and this kind of behaviour should never be accepted. Once you start accepting it ... well then good luck trying to stop it from continuing.
Can someone please address why there is such mob mentality? Why, why, why do people feel the need to go on a violent rampage when something happens they don't agree with?
its happens once in a blue mooooon
is not there ne strip club in canada?
no one forces them to strip
Re: Three women tortured, forced to walk naked in public

Re: Three women tortured, forced to walk naked in public
Perhaps you could not read my post. So shocking that perhaps no one do it in the world. Sisters and brother were fourced to be nacked together and nacked sisters were fourced to sit in "Gode’ of nacked brother. This was done only due to a love marrige with a sister of a D.S.P, Jameel.
And please also read it,It is a part of your thread.

i think prbably the wrong doing of the alleged prositutes...............
when police will not do their work ....... definitely people will come out............
It is pathetic to note your support of mob violence in this case against helpless women !
Who is going to decide if the women were culprit or were wrongly accused, some mullah mobs...
where are you when police does not do their job when these mullah mobs kill innocent people
on false accusations... and when crime syndicates are being run under cover of these religious
organizations who are involved in every crime from kidnapping for ransom to drug traficking...
you are concerned about police effeciency when some helpless women are publicly stripped by
these mullah mobs in violation of the laws prevailing in the country... why you blame police
short comings just to justify crimes committed by people of your own breed... criminal mullahs ???
Yazdi,
Maverick_27 perheps a jamaati supporter will not respond to your valid points. He would rather support tyrant like Zia-Ul-Haq under whose administration, women were first brutalized and humiliated.
