Re: Three who will Not Enter Paradise - Hadith Explanation

Please excuse me for my ignorance but can someone explain how a woman is affecting masculinity just because she goes out to work to be independent of a man controlling her life????

OK so heres is how I sort of understand it is that men don't want women to work. right?? OKAY so what do they want her to do when the man, be it her father, brother or husband force her to do things against her will??? What do they want her to do when her husband becomes violent towards her??? What do they want her to do when he cheats on her???? What do they want her to do when the guy treats her like this precisely because he knows she has no one to turn to when he hits her????

Please someone answer me because me I would love to be able to go and tell this to my two gorgeous phupees who have endured hell all thru their lives just because they were not allowed to leave their homes to fend for themselves. I would love to have an answer for why my darling phuphee was made shaheed while giving birth to his kid after he and his family tortured her so much she lost the will to live and still left him with a gorgeous daughter.

Or maybe you will tell me I've misunderstood completely??? I hope so

Re: Three who will Not Enter Paradise - Hadith Explanation

Gosh stirred up some bad emotions for me right there. If I had no education in fact even if I did have an education but lived in Pakistan I think my life would have def gone down the same route as my phupees. Life's vicious circle. A life time of shuker would not be enough to Allah and my parents for allowing me to work and be independent of men.

Peace heart n soul,

plz watch this video :

Re: Three who will Not Enter Paradise - Hadith Explanation

Women had jobs even in the prophet's (pbuh) times. Unless the husband is rich, it is IMPOSSIBLE to support an entire family on just one income now days. So women go out and work (even if they would rather stay home with their kids) to make ends meet. Are you telling me they will go to hell for that?

Re: Three who will Not Enter Paradise - Hadith Explanation

Peace candy_apple,

Who I am to tell that who is going to be in heaven or hell. Look the context of the hadith/video, which speaks itself. btw I still don’t understand how it is “Impossible” to support an entire family on just one income :konfused: What I have seen/observed that the majority of husbands/wives works to get better luxurious of this world and to live a life like a rich peoples lives.

Could you please provide one example of women who had job even in the Prophet’s PBUH time?

Re: Three who will Not Enter Paradise - Hadith Explanation

Thanks LK for the video bt Hmmm, didn't really answer my question. I'm not satisfied. Its been ages since I wrote the above question, but no one yet has a convincing answer.

As for your reply to candy apple about how it is impossible to support a family on one income. Allow me to give one example that I again I have seen with my own eyes where a man despite his wife's condition continues to get her pregnant over and over until she gives him a son. Anyway so by time she does bear a son they have 7 daughters already. He is the sole income provider. He is a mere rickshaw driver, girls are growing up and hit the age of 16. They ask if they can go out to work to help father bring some money to help with the bills. He says no obviously cus that means girls leaving the house. Girls reach 18 and time to get married but not a penny for jahez so no family wants to marry them cus they all want some sort of jahez. Mother health is deteriorating day by day cus of all the stress she's had to endure all her life. She needs expensive medicine which mean they buy the meds instead of food to feed the kids. Kids are all seriously malnutritioned. Oldest begs father to allow her to go work in a school somewhere he refuses.
To the maulvi issuing the fatwa, how about issue a fatwa about how many children a man can have depending on income and then issue one on girls working. How about that for an idea??
