Do they have public toilets in Pakistan? Once in Karachi we were out for shopping we asked for toilets they said theres no toilet around.
However, on airports lik khi,lhr,isb I always found them clean.
I havent visit railway station in paksitan yet.
But one thing I really don’t like 
whenever u buy any samosa pakoras they will put them in wrapper with their hands
