Please note, the following questions intend to seek the answers purely in the light of the life of the Prophet :saw: hence, only those replies are welcome which provide any input along that line. Therefore, I want only the knowledgeable muslims or those who have any positive input about these questions to share. This is purely a thread for muslims to post the answers however sharing is beleiving. Non-Muslims are welcome to benefit from it too.
The questions are:
Is Islam just a religion of preaching or a religion of revolution?
If it is the religion of revolution, what is it’s real goal?
Is it correct to use the the power for islamic revolution IF it is the revolutionary religion?
i dont know if i summarized it properly, but the goal wud be to have Allah's Word as Supreme....
all actions needed to bring about this, r part of Islam, ofcourse with wisdom....
1) Islam is not just a collection of religious rituals....
its a complete code of life....
and to excercise Islam completely, one has to bring about revolution....
and its this element of Islam that makes 'super-powers' fear it....
they wud be least bothered if all muslims wanted to do was pray 5 times a day and try to convert others to Islam who wud also take up regular prayer....
the problem comes when Islam brings about its own defined social, judicial, financial system....
2) the real goal, as i said earlier is to have people submitting to Allah's Will....
as one ambassador of Islam put it before the persians before the conquest, we come to take the people from worship of men to worship of God "min ibaadat-el-ibaad, ila ibaadat-el-rehman"....
For me I say they were one of the means of revolution
For many people who are not even aware of the life of Prophet:saw: those ghazawaat were only Self Defence wars.. Inna Lillahay Wa Inna Ilyehay Rajeoon.
