The silence by N$ and IK on this very key issue is dafening. How these guys would deal this human right violations neither army nor courts including IC are going to give any relief on this issue. I think Pakistan is the only country where ISI or military intelligence is police, judiciary and executioner at the same time.

Why are you picking out just NS and IK ? … They are all keeping silent … Apart from some media outlets … They are all turning a blind eye.
