You miss the point.
Much more can be said and done that that.
We can bring in all Atheists, or Americans for that matter, and demand a public penance. Is freedom to blame? Democracy? Is there something inherently violent about atheism?
Of course, it is an irrational narrative to follow, but that seems to be par for the course when Muslim fingers are on the trigger.
