If ICC as an independant body or any other body for that matter wishes to investigate and interrogate an occurrence with a view to further judge and penalize the guilty party as per the internal rules.
How fair and impartial the judgement can be if it is in the very hand of the people who are employed by the same 'body'?
The above becomes even more controvercial and tainted if the 'Head of the body' shows sympathetic leniences to one party, Right?
How can than the accused party through thier own representations can proceed or accept any penalizing judgments from this 'Tainted Body' ?
