No e-mail threats to players: Talat
NEW DELHI, Nov 24: The Pakistan team management on Saturday rubbished reports of their cricketers getting e-mail threats and expressed satisfaction with the security cover provided to them on their ongoing tour of India.
Talat Ali, Pakistan team’s manager, expressed on Saturday the team had been provided with good security cover, saying: “We are satisfied and comfortable with the way our security is being handled.”
Earlier on Saturday, some Indian TV channels reported that e-mail threats had been sent to the Pakistan team. However, Talat said neither he nor any member of his team had received any such e-mails. “Nor is it in my knowledge. We know we are being taken care of by the local authorities,” he asserted.—Agencies

i think talat is playing politics here and doesn’t want to abandon the tour bcos then indian’s won’t tour pak in the future. however one thing is for sure, if such emails were being sent to team india they would have left the country in no time. but pakistani authorities are just to scared to take any action against the indians bcos they are the so called BIG FISH. :halo: :nook:
