Shias are not and will never be a threat to US interest......All this sabre-rattling between Iran/shias and US is just a facade.....just look at their cooperation during the Iran-Iraq war under the auspices of Iran-Contra.....Furthermore, Iran/shias offer a perfect counter balance to the sunni-arab world.......
