Does anyone of a good beauty salon in Plano, TX or nearby (Irving, Richardson or Dallas) for eyebrow threading?

I live in Irving & so far I have discovred the owner of Khubsoorat parlor in Macarthur/Story area in Irving is the best, I dont remember her name but she do a good job, & takes $5 for eyebrows n $7 for both eyebrows n upper lips.
2nd option is there r 2 ladies who do threading in Irving mall, on stall type, they also do very very good eyebrows but charges $10 for eyebrows n dont do upper lips.
I have also heard abt heena's parlor but never tried them, dont go to Style Cut parlor in Irving beside texas halal king, they r very inexperienced & without license.
