They have to live under the constraints that are posed on them. For one, they cant simply kill everything that moves, and they cant do anything so long as the locals support the cause of the Taliban.
Give them a break, its easy to critisize when your not in thick of things. I would like to see them fluch out these terrorists aswell, but what can you do.
Would you perfer we use Indian tactics of rape and murder to subdue the population and the taliban?
