The Pakistani Army is a total disgrace.
Not only have they failed utterly to establish any sense of control over the border but criminal elements have effectively taken over large chunks of Pakistan forming a quasi governments and forcing the government and army into surrender.
Pakistan is a total disaster.
Why is Pakistan Army a disgrace? Is it because they started listening to civilian government?
This 'accord' is not because army failed but because "someone" advised Zardari to do so after holding few meetings with them.
