You are probably influenced by women here who talk about their preferred choice of men that are mostly rich and highly educated, and say the rest are trash.
But logically thinking, women looking for men with good financial status makes more sense as compared to men looking for same.
So a man marrying a poor, educated and compatible woman shouldn’t be an issue**.

Nothing wrong with marrying a poor woman, unless the dude thinks that he is doing a major favor for her and she will be ever so thankful to be taken out of poverty that she wlil worship the ground he walks on. (dudes like that get the evil village-ladies :))

There’s a great chance of her becoming greedy, not because all poor people are greedy.. but because money will be a new experience for her. She will try to use it as much as possible ( an opportunity she didnt have growing up).. and as we all know, we get carried away with money.. since u love simplicity, this situation might not be as simple as u predicted..
