Why don’t you ?

I was bitten many times before I stopped trusting on blind faith. Now even if I trust someone it is a calculated risk.

If you trust people why do you ?
What makes you trust others ?

I use to trust others blindly but then i learned my lesson and now i dont trust anyone

Maybe. But in other instances it just shows that you’re not really jaded by the world and still have some faith in humanity left.

i give everyone the benefit of doubt. if someone chooses to be ignorant and rude and obnoxious, why should i be in retaliation. i'll loose my coolness!!! :) you do the best and leave the rest [with Allah who will reward you, inshaa Allah, for what good you do on this planet earth! :)]

I trust many people.... yes..... can I depend on them...? Hell no!

How do set the limit in other words what is that limit ?

When I said I take calculated risk by trusting someone. I mean I weigh the option that if I get deceived will I be able to withstand the loss of trust .

Trust is not for secrets only , people want you to loan them money , want your friendship , want emotional attachment etc too and you have to trust others for those.

I meant I trust certain ppl with certain stuff...but make sure in case i DO get deceived...it wont hurt me in any way (except mentally the thought tht I trusted n got deceived).

The limit is where the it can hurt me ,my family or frnds ...be it financially..socially..mentally....or in any other way....
