yeah gaining weight is easy....for losing weight or inches or be in shape u have to change your lifestyle....
eating healthy,lots of water and exercise (or workout or daily walk) is the only way....

What is the 30 day diet?

You have to eat healthy consistently for several months, practice portion control (do not over-eat) and include some type of exercise… even walking can help if you are consistent.
