Has anyone seen this movie?
any comments towards it? I think it was a stupid movie..just to make a movie they put a lot of sex scenes in it.
Acting was fine though but the whole movie plus even the story wasnt even like OH WOW what a goood story it wasnt even like that…

Haven't seen it yet, and I think I will wait until it comes on video. It is a remake of Steven McQueen's 1969 movie (with the same title). I heard the original was really good.
From what I have seen in trailers, Rene' Russo does not seem to be too attractive in the movie... she kinda looks old in the movie.
The film was a total disappointment. It can't even be compared to the Steve McQueen original. I don't really like Faye Dunaway (in the original, and a cameo in the re-make), but she still did a much better job than Rene Russo.
The original was a romance intertwined between a cat and mouse game between McQueen & Dunaway. The direction was ahead of its time, and even though it was a slow-paced film, the film held your attention.
The remake loses the audience in the first 20 minutes, and by the climax, I found myself waiting for the film to finish.
Sting used to be one of my favorite singers, but I was really disappointed with his remake of "In the Windmills of your Mind", which was an Oscar winning song in the original.
Ahh Hellooooo - the soundtrack by Sting is great - dunno the original version so cant compare the two - well for Sting he still rocks:)
