Does taking a normal shower makes us pak when being pak is required or it has to be the ghusl taught us in sunnat?

There are some fardhs of ghusl that must happen when showering for ghusl is needed:
1. Passing water into and out of mouth (gargling).
2. Putting water into nostrils.
3. Passing water over entire body.
Sunnats:
1. Washing hands up to wrists.
2. Washing private parts and over anywhere where uncleanliness is found.
3. Intention to wash of impurities.
4. making wudhu before washing body.
5. Then passing water over whole body thrice.
