Minorities in Pakistan have never been under attack since the birth of Pakistan be it Hindus, Sikhs, or Christians. I've never heard of Church, Temple been destroyed and law enforcement took part in it. White color in the flag of Pakistan represents Minorities as a symbol of Tolerance
Recently, Christians have been under attack because of Pakistan siding with the US. The Government of Pakistan is trying her best to get situation under control. I think they have done a good job so far by handling Eastern and Western border, at the same time dealing with Extremists. But there's a lot to do more I must say!
