This GhoRa Re phrase is also famous among those people, who had any interaction with Sindhi people from rural areas. I remember, once we visited Islamabad and met there a family. The guy (who was actually from Balakot, Hazara), asked me ‘what does this mean’. He said his father was in police and was appointed somewhere in rural Sindh. When they used to beat criminals, they uttered this ‘GhoRa Re, GhoRa Re’ repeatedly.
