Re: This phrase ‘ghora re’
Horses were used by invaders coming to Sindh from north (i.e. Afghanistan) like Arghoons, Tarkhans.. whose tombs you can find in Makli. They treated locals very cruelly and thats why it was a fear in locals that was expressed with this phrase ‘GhoRa Re’ meaning (The murderers have come on horses) and transferred to their next generations.
