But sorry to be a party pooper here. Edhi is atheist or agnostic at best. Stop wasting ur time on whether he would go to paradise or hell.

I agree to this part. Ghayab ka ilm tau sirf Allah kay paas hay (Only Allah knows the future). At best, we can only hope, and not be as positive as the subject of the thread is.
too bad armughal.. he doesn’t play on your side.. the beard isn’t that prescribed by Mullahs.. in fact.. if it were upto them.. he’d be murdered by now.. just like Hakeem Saeed.. he gets death threats everyday.. even tells the newspapers about it..
you never hear any media coverage unless some guy really wants to take his pictures but i dunt think he even wants to come on the camera ... hes true in his cause
he wants to do it for llah not for getting famouse..
but like Allah said ... "i give chosen ppl honor in this life and the hereafter".
i come from a small city "kohat" in NWFP where hardly thrs any ambulances but the only one we had were edhi ambulances and thr were abt 4 - 5 of them and one fire truck also edhi donated one... this guy is larger than life.
not too many countries are blessed with such ppl. onlly if we had 15-20 more edhis pakistan wudve been a much happier and healthy state to live in...
I wish him Janna and i really make duaa with all ma heart for this guy...
You shouldn’t say that about any people, not even about Edhi.
The man may be great and his work exceptional but you are exceeding your bounds when you start saying stupid stuff like that, because you cannot see in his heart. Only Allah knows best.
before using words like “your bounds when you start saying stupid stuff like that” she made that statement because of his work not what is in his heart and I personally think you owe an apology to Nadia_H.
I am sure others do agree, you don’t have right to use that kind of language to express your disagreement with her statement.
First, I think it is stupid to issue statements like the one "this man will go to paradise" etc. You can see somebody's work but not his heart and issues of paradise/hell are decided by Allah and for anyone to say something in this regard is exceeding their bounds. If you want to make a statement based on his work - as you are saying - then it should not be the above statement.
That is why I said that the "statement" is stupid, which it is, and I said nothing about the person issuing the statement. I didnot say that the person saying that is stupid, only the statement itself. I didnot want to cause offence to anybody and I can repeat that nobody should take offence from what I said.
Still, if someone did take offence then I don't have a problem with apologizing if the original statement is withdrawn.
