hi all,can anybody recommend how can i achieve this lipstick ? please

is it suitable to wear the same lipstick color with purple dress on NC41 skintone as juggan is so fair it looks good on her.

please give your suggestions on how should be the makeup? for purple with little bit of silver/beige on NC41-42

Her eye makeup is gorgeous! I love that the purple and gold is glam yet subtle.
